Refund Policy

At ProRedLine, we aim to provide reliable services and excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we have outlined the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Consumers (EU/NL)
As per EU consumer protection laws, consumers are entitled to a refund within 14 days of their initial order only if the service has not been used or activated.
“Use” includes, but is not limited to: logging into the Control Panel or cPanel, starting a server, modifying files, or otherwise accessing the service.
Once the service is accessed, the right of withdrawal is waived under EU law. - Business Customers
Business purchases are final after provisioning. No refunds are available for businesses, unless explicitly agreed in writing. - Renewals and Recurring Payments
Renewals and recurring subscription payments are not eligible for refunds, as these constitute separate prepaid service periods initiated by the customer. - Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered if a verified technical issue caused by ProRedLine prevents the service from being provisioned or accessed at all. Issues caused by customer misconfiguration, third-party software, or external networks are excluded. - Non-Refundable Fees
Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable. - Geographical Restrictions
Refunds are only available to customers located within the European Union.
2. Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via our ticket system within 14 days of the original order.
- Requests must include relevant details (order ID, service type).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Partial Refunds
- If a consumer cancels within the 14-day withdrawal period but has already used the service, no refund will be issued.
- If a subscription is cancelled mid-term, no partial refunds are guaranteed. Refunds for unused time are at the sole discretion of ProRedLine.
- Expired or non-renewed subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
4. Termination Due to Policy Violations / Refunds
If a customer violates our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other agreement, ProRedLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services immediately. In such cases, the customer is not eligible for a refund, regardless of the remaining time on their subscription.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Abuse or misuse of services
- Illegal activities
- Failure to comply with acceptable use standards
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
By using our services, customers acknowledge that such actions may result in immediate loss of access without compensation.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
ProRedLine reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
