At ProRedLine, we aim to provide reliable services and excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we have outlined the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds within 14 Days: As per EU consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your initial order, provided that the service has not been used or activated.
“Use” includes but is not limited to: logging into the dashboard, modifying server files, joining the server, or any other server interaction. - Exclusion for Renewals: Renewals and recurring subscription payments are not eligible for the 14-day refund period, as these are treated as separate prepaid periods initiated by the customer.
- Technical Issues: Refunds may also be provided for technical issues caused by ProRedLine that prevent the service from being used. These issues must be reported via our ticket system.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.
- Customer Misconfigurations or Misuse: Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by customer misconfigurations or misuse.
- Geographical Restrictions: Refunds are only available to customers located within the European Union, as our services are exclusively available in this region.
2. Process
- How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted via our ticket system within 14 days from the issue. To ensure that your refund request is processed, please provide all relevant details.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds may be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Partial Refunds
- Cancellation Mid-Term: If a customer cancels a subscription before the end of the billing period, no partial refunds are guaranteed. Any refund for unused time is at the sole discretion of ProRedLine.
- No Refund for Expired Subscriptions: No refunds are issued for subscriptions that are not cancelled in time or allowed to expire without renewal.
4. Termination Due to Policy Violations / Refunds
If a customer violates our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other agreement, ProRedLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services immediately. In such cases, the customer is not eligible for a refund, regardless of the remaining time on their subscription.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Abuse or misuse of services
- Illegal activities
- Failure to comply with acceptable use standards
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
By using our services, customers acknowledge that such actions may result in immediate loss of access without compensation.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
ProRedLine reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
