  • Refunds are only provided for technical issues caused by ProRedLine that prevent service usage.
  • Refunds are not issued for customer misconfigurations or misuse.
  • Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.

2. Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via our ticket system within 14 days of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

  • If a subscription is canceled mid-term, partial refunds may be issued for unused time, at ProRedLine’s discretion.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy

ProRedLine reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
