Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To ensure a safe and reliable service, all customers must adhere to the following rules. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all ProRedLine Services, including web hosting, email hosting, DNS hosting, domain-related services, customer portals and all related infrastructure.
1. Prohibited Activities
Customers are strictly prohibited from:
- Illegal / Harmful Content
- Hosting or distributing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities.
- Hosting content that facilitates fraud, scams, credential theft, or unlawful surveillance.
- Distributing pirated software, cracked applications, or unlicensed media.
- Security Abuse
- Attempting to compromise ProRedLine systems or other networks (intrusion, exploitation, privilege escalation).
- Running DoS/DDoS attacks, port scans, vulnerability scanning, or brute-force attacks (inbound or outbound).
- Circumventing security measures (firewalls, access controls, rate limits).
- Email Abuse
- Spamming, bulk emailing without proper consent, purchased lists, snowshoeing, or any activity that harms email deliverability.
- Phishing, spoofing, malicious redirects, or distributing malware via email.
- Operating open relays or misusing SMTP in a way that risks blacklisting.
- DNS Abuse
- Fast-flux, malicious DNS redirection, phishing domains, C2 infrastructure, or malware distribution via DNS.
- Any use intended to mislead, impersonate, or harm third parties.
- Operating unauthorized recursive DNS services.
- Resource Abuse / Platform Stability
- Excessive resource consumption that impacts platform stability or other customers.
- Abusive automation, runaway cron jobs, or mass file operations intended to degrade performance.
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar computational workloads that are not explicitly permitted by ProRedLine.
- Impersonation and Brand Abuse
- Impersonating ProRedLine or any other business/person is prohibited. This includes using confusingly similar domains, branding, email identities, or communication channels to mislead others.

Customer Responsibility:
The Customer remains fully responsible for all content, software, accounts and credentials used with the Services. Any loss or misuse of credentials is at the sole risk of the Customer.
2. Monitoring
To maintain security and compliance, ProRedLine may monitor server usage through:
- resource usage tracking (CPU, RAM, bandwidth),
- automated monitoring systems, logs and security alerts,
- security plugins and other website security systems,
- abuse reports from third parties,
- incident response systems.
Monitoring is limited to identifying policy violations, technical issues, or security threats. Personal data obtained during monitoring is processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Enforcement
ProRedLine reserves the right to enforce this AUP at its sole discretion to protect service integrity, legal compliance, customer safety, and platform reputation.
Actions may include:
- warnings and remediation requests,
- temporary restrictions or rate limiting,
- immediate suspension (including without prior notice) for severe cases such as phishing, malware distribution, active compromise, or legal urgency,
- termination of Services for repeated or serious violations.
ProRedLine may cooperate with law enforcement or competent authorities and provide relevant logs or information where legally required.
ProRedLine may take proportionate action depending on the severity, frequency and impact of the violation.
Refunds are not available for terminated services due to AUP violations, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Abuse Reports (Notice & Takedown)
Third parties (non-customers) may report unlawful or abusive content hosted by ProRedLine via our dedicated procedure.
- Abuse notifications can be submitted through our Account Portal (“Report Abuse” category) or by email to abuse@proredline.com.
- Reports are handled in accordance with our Notice & Takedown Policy (https://proredline.com/legal/notice-takedown-policy).
Customers acknowledge that services may be suspended or terminated if ProRedLine receives a valid and substantiated abuse notification and considers suspension or termination necessary.
5. Customer Cooperation
Customers must reasonably cooperate with abuse investigations and provide requested information where necessary to resolve an abuse report or security incident.
6. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
ProRedLine reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Any changes made will be communicated via our website and may be sent to customers via email. Continued use of our services after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
