Project Progress Update
There have been fewer live blog updates over the past several days, as work has continued across many smaller parts of Project ProRedLine Remade.
Several important milestones have now been completed:
- the new independently hosted status platform on PRL6 is ready;
- the new ProRedLine business telephony system on PRL5 has been completed;
- the new production infrastructure has successfully passed its production testing period;
- the previous infrastructure has been securely wiped in accordance with our data protection requirements and has now been cancelled.
With the infrastructure, monitoring and telephony work largely completed, the project is moving further towards ProRedLine’s public-facing renewal.
The next major areas of work are:
- rebuilding the ProRedLine website;
- completing the new long-term logo design, which is already nearing completion;
- renewing and reorganising our social media channels;
- continuing improvements to internal systems, automation and customer-facing processes.
Project ProRedLine Remade is therefore still actively progressing, even when individual updates are not published for every smaller change.

New Status Platform in Development
We are currently setting up the new ProRedLine status platform as part of Project ProRedLine Remade.
The existing status.proredline.com environment will be fully replaced by a new platform using improved, self-hosted monitoring software running independently on PRL6.
The new status page is already publicly accessible, but configuration, monitoring checks and visual adjustments are still in progress.
Once the platform is fully completed and ready for production use, this will be clearly indicated on the status page itself.

Customer Migration Successfully Completed
The final migration of all customer environments has been completed successfully.
The technical transfer itself was completed at 17:36. After that, we continued with extensive validation, configuration adjustments and individual checks for every migrated account. At 23:30, the migration was formally marked as fully completed.
During the validation process, we tested and reviewed:
- customer websites and databases;
- email services and mailbox configurations;
- cPanel access and account settings;
- DNS, SSL and domain configurations;
- server services and security settings;
- internal integrations and background processes.
All customer environments have been transferred on a one-to-one basis. For end users, the services continue to function in the same way as before, but they are now running entirely on the new ProRedLine production infrastructure.
DNS zones can now be managed through cPanel again. ProRedLine support is also available again by email at info@proredline.com.
Customers will receive a personal email with additional information about the completed migration.
Project ProRedLine Remade is not finished yet. There are still many improvements, systems and public-facing changes planned as part of the project.
However, all work involving planned downtime, customer account migration and maintenance of customer environments has now been fully completed.

Final Migration Started
The final infrastructure migration for Project ProRedLine Remade has now officially started.
During this maintenance window, all customer accounts, websites, databases, email services and related configurations will be transferred to our new production infrastructure.
All ProRedLine services, including our own websites and internal systems, may be temporarily unavailable while the migration is in progress.
Once the transfer has been completed, every account and service will be tested before the new environment is fully released for production use.

DNS Migration Successfully Completed
The migration of ProRedLine’s public DNS infrastructure has been completed successfully.
All DNS zones and records have been transferred from the old environment to the new infrastructure, and ProRedLine is now actively using the new nameservers for DNS resolution.
The previous DNS services will remain online for approximately two to four days to support DNS propagation and cached records across external networks.
Until the scheduled maintenance on Friday, 24 July 2026, DNS management within cPanel will remain temporarily unavailable. Changes made through the old cPanel environment can no longer be reliably processed by the new DNS infrastructure.
During Friday’s maintenance, all customer accounts and data will be migrated to the new production server. Once that migration has been completed and validated successfully, DNS management will become available in cPanel again.

Policies Updated
All ProRedLine policies have now been reviewed and updated as part of Project ProRedLine Remade.
The revised policies are effective from today and have been adjusted to better reflect our renewed infrastructure, services, internal processes and long-term direction.
The latest versions are available through the ProRedLine website.

Migration Phase Started
PRL1 through PRL4 have now been fully configured and connected, completing the core setup of the new ProRedLine hosting and DNS infrastructure.
Project ProRedLine Remade is therefore moving into the migration phase.
During this phase, we will:
- update the ProRedLine nameservers to the new infrastructure;
- transfer and synchronise all DNS zones;
- perform final DNS, security and functionality tests;
- migrate existing cPanel accounts, websites, databases and email;
- verify all services after migration.
The migration will be carried out in controlled steps to minimise downtime and maintain a reliable rollback option. The existing infrastructure will remain available until the new environment has been fully validated.
Customers will receive a separate email before any planned maintenance or temporary service interruption takes place.

Project Scope Expanded
While work on the new infrastructure continues, we have decided to expand Project ProRedLine Remade with two additional servers: PRL5 and PRL6.
The initial provisioning and basic configuration of both servers has already been completed.
PRL5 will be used to modernise and rebuild our business telephony environment, while PRL6 will provide fully independent off-site monitoring for ProRedLine services and infrastructure.
By hosting monitoring separately from our primary infrastructure, availability can still be checked and reported when the main environment or its datacenter is unreachable.
New Infrastructure Overview
The complete new ProRedLine infrastructure will consist of six servers:
- PRL1 | Dedicated Production Server
The primary server for customer web hosting, ProRedLine websites, email, databases, cPanel & WHM and the primary nameserver. - PRL2 | DNS Server
A geographically separated cPanel DNSOnly server operating as the second authoritative nameserver. - PRL3 | DNS Server
A geographically separated cPanel DNSOnly server operating as the third authoritative nameserver. - PRL4 | DNS Server
A geographically separated cPanel DNSOnly server operating as the fourth authoritative nameserver. - PRL5 | Business Telephony Server
A dedicated environment for the renewed ProRedLine business telephony system. - PRL6 | Off-Site Monitoring Server
An independent server for service monitoring, uptime checks, incident visibility and the ProRedLine status environment.
The installation and configuration of PRL5 and PRL6 will continue alongside the existing infrastructure work. Together, these six servers will form the complete technical foundation of the renewed ProRedLine environment.

Infrastructure Installation Started
The initial provisioning and basic configuration of all new servers has now been completed.
We are now moving into the infrastructure installation phase, which is expected to be the most extensive part of Project ProRedLine Remade. During this phase, the full hosting environment will be installed, configured, secured and thoroughly tested.
This includes:
- installing and configuring cPanel & WHM;
- setting up the complete DNS infrastructure;
- configuring backups and recovery systems;
- installing anti-malware and security tooling;
- fine-tuning server performance and services;
- connecting monitoring and internal systems;
- performing functional, security and penetration testing.
Every component will be built and validated before any customer services are migrated. Because this phase forms the technical foundation of the new ProRedLine environment, it will take more time than the previous deployment steps.
Further updates will be published as the installation and testing process progresses.

Infrastructure Deployment Completed
Our external partner has completed the deployment of all hardware for the new ProRedLine infrastructure.
The complete environment is now available, which means we can begin provisioning and configuring every server from scratch. This includes the dedicated production server and all supporting DNS infrastructure.
The next phase will focus on installing, securing, connecting and testing the new environment.

New Logo Development Started
As part of Project ProRedLine Remade, we have officially decided to develop a new ProRedLine logo. The new design will be simpler, more recognisable and better aligned with ProRedLine as a company. It will also carry a clearer meaning and be designed as a long-term visual identity that can grow with the company.
The design process has now started. Once the final logo has been completed, it will gradually be introduced across our website, services, communication and social media channels.

New Infrastructure Purchased
The new infrastructure for Project ProRedLine Remade has officially been purchased.
Our external partner has now started preparing the new hardware. This is an important milestone, as it marks the transition from planning to the actual build of the new ProRedLine environment.
The new infrastructure will form the technical foundation for our renewed hosting platform, internal systems and future services.
Once the hardware has been delivered and made available, we will continue with the next phase of Project Remade.

Action Plan Completed
The complete internal action plan for Project ProRedLine Remade has now been finalised.
It defines the project phases, infrastructure build, testing procedures, migration process, rollback options and final launch requirements. This plan will guide the project step by step while keeping downtime and customer impact as limited as possible.

Community Servers Offline
The ProRedLine Minecraft, BeamMP and ARK: Survival Ascended community servers have now been taken offline.
As part of Project ProRedLine Remade, ProRedLine will discontinue game server hosting and focus on web hosting and future app server services.

New orders temporarily paused
New hosting orders have now been temporarily paused until Project ProRedLine Remade has been completed.
Existing customers can continue using and renewing their current services as normal. This temporary pause prevents new services from being provisioned on infrastructure that is scheduled to be replaced.
Sales will reopen once the new infrastructure, website and related systems have been fully completed and tested.

Rebuilding ProRedLine from the ground up
ProRedLine is preparing for its largest technical and operational transformation since the company was founded.
Over time, our infrastructure, websites and services have continued to grow. While the current platform remains operational, its underlying structure no longer fully matches the direction in which we want to take ProRedLine. Some systems have become unnecessarily complex, parts of our website have become slower than intended and several services no longer align with our long-term strategy.
Instead of continuing to build on top of the existing environment, we have decided to rebuild the core of ProRedLine.
This project is called ProRedLine Remade.
What is changing?
The largest change will be the complete replacement of our current server infrastructure.
Our existing environment currently consists of five separate virtual servers. These servers provide our web hosting, websites, email, DNS, control panels, monitoring and other internal services.
During Project Remade, this infrastructure will be replaced by:
- one significantly more powerful dedicated production server;
- three geographically distributed DNS servers;
- a renewed backup and recovery environment;
- updated server software based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS;
- improved monitoring, security and internal automation.
The new infrastructure will provide considerably more processing capacity, storage flexibility and networking options. It will also allow us to better separate websites and customers across different IP addresses where technically useful.
Existing customers
Existing customers will retain access to their current services throughout most of the project.
The new infrastructure will first be fully installed, secured and tested before any customer services are transferred. Existing hosting accounts will then be migrated using the official cPanel & WHM transfer system.
During the final migration, there may be a temporary period in which cPanel, websites or email are less accessible. We will aim to keep this interruption as short as technically possible.
The migration will be announced separately before it takes place. Customers will not need to manually move their websites, databases or email accounts.
Existing subscriptions and renewals will remain available during the project.
Temporary pause on new orders
Starting from 15/07/2026, new hosting orders will be temporarily paused.
This prevents new services from being provisioned on infrastructure that is already scheduled for replacement. It also gives us the opportunity to review our products, packages, pricing and internal processes before reopening sales.
Existing customers can continue to renew and use their services normally.
Changes to our services
Web hosting will remain one of ProRedLine’s primary services.
Game server hosting will be discontinued. Although the platform was technically available, there has been insufficient demand to justify continuing to reserve infrastructure and development capacity for it.
App server hosting may return as a separate service after Project Remade has been completed. Instead of permanently reserving unused infrastructure, additional app server capacity will be deployed when there is actual customer demand.
A new ProRedLine website
After the infrastructure migration has been completed and the new environment has proven stable, the ProRedLine website will also be rebuilt.
The current website will remain available while the new version is developed in a separate protected environment.
WordPress will remain the foundation of the website, but the platform will be simplified. Unnecessary plugins and complex dependencies will be removed, while important functionality such as payments, subscriptions, security and authentication will continue to use established solutions.
The goal is a website that is:
- faster;
- easier to navigate;
- less dependent on unnecessary plugins;
- easier to maintain;
- more consistent across all ProRedLine platforms.
Branding and social media
As part of Project Remade, we will also review our public branding and social media channels.
This includes profile information, banners, product references, visual consistency and potentially the ProRedLine logo. A final decision about a new logo has not yet been made.
These changes will not delay the technical infrastructure migration.
More intelligent automation
ProRedLine will also begin integrating more AI-assisted functionality into its internal processes.
Initial applications may include:
- preparing support responses;
- analysing technical logs;
- improving documentation;
- drafting incident updates;
- classifying customer questions;
- identifying possible infrastructure problems.
AI will initially function as an internal assistant. Important decisions, customer communication and infrastructure changes will continue to be reviewed and approved manually.

This page will function as a live development log for Project ProRedLine Remade.
New updates will be added to the top of this page as the project progresses. These updates may include:
- completed project phases;
- infrastructure decisions;
- development progress;
- migration announcements;
- maintenance windows;
- encountered issues;
- changes to the project scope;
- the reopening of new orders.
Older updates will remain available below each divider, creating a complete and transparent timeline of the project.
What happens next?
The first phase consists of documenting the existing environment and finalising the technical design of the new infrastructure.
No customer services will be migrated until the new servers, DNS cluster, backups, security systems and recovery procedures have been fully configured and tested.
The next update will be published once the technical design has been finalised and the first new infrastructure components have been ordered or deployed.
