PROREDLINE RENEWED Hi there! ProRedLine is back yet again, but this time with an entirely new webshop! These are the updates we have implemented to make sure your shopping experience with us, is one you will not forget. Re-done layout We have created an entirely new webshop. – Our primary brand colors are now red and blue instead of just red. – Re-done all of the pages, including check-out, my account page, etc. – Added a wishlist page. – Changed how products are shown on the webshop. – And some more little updates here and there. NOTE: We are aware of the ‘See more’ button overlaying the product name on the shop page on mobile devices. We are still working on fixing this issue. Improved security To make sure your personal details stay personal. – Improved our firewall to prevent hackers from accessing stuff they aren’t supposed to access.– We are using a new payment provider to make your payment as secure as it can be.– And some more little updates. Better customer support – Before customers had to go to an different website of the PRL network to get in touch with our customer support departement. Some customers reported issues with trying to access the support website. To fix that issue, the support website has been removed and now you can send an support ticket here on the webshop. – The new contact form has all of the required questions we need to know beforehand to get customers the help they need as soon as possible.
