  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security measures implemented by ProRedLine.
  • Using the services for any activity that could harm or disrupt the services or other customers’ operations.
  • Using servers for purposes other than their intended use.
  • This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all customers within the European Union. Use of our services by customers outside the EU is not permitted.

2. Monitoring

  • ProRedLine reserves the right to monitor server usage for compliance with this policy. Monitoring may include tracking resource usage, traffic patterns, and other activities to identify any violations.

3. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in action being taken, which may include:

  • Service suspension or termination.
  • Temporary suspension until the issue is resolved.
  • Legal action, including reporting to relevant authorities for serious violations such as illegal activities or attacks.

4. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy

ProRedLine reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Any changes made will be communicated via our website and may be sent to customers via email. Continued use of our services after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
