That’s why we’ve created an intuitive dashboard that lets you manage every tiny detail of your server.
With that in mind, we’ve made a few changes to enhance the experience for our customers.
What We’ve Changed This Week
At ProRedLine, we’re always striving to improve, and this week we’ve rolled out some exciting updates! Here’s what’s new:
Manuals
When you purchase a game server from ProRedLine, you’ll now receive two manuals to help you get started. These can be found in your email and your customer account dashboard on proredline.com:
- Server Dashboard Manual: Covers all the basics of managing your server through dashboard.proredline.com. It walks you through every step, from completing your subscription to having a fully set-up server. It also includes details about your Server Dashboard account.
- Specific Game Server Manual: This manual focuses on the essentials of adjusting the settings specifically for the game server you’ve purchased. It’s your go-to guide for fine-tuning your server to suit your gameplay needs.
New Support Categories
We love hearing from our customers, and your feedback drives us forward. That’s why we’ve enhanced our support system with new ticket categories to better serve your needs. Here’s the updated list:
- General: For questions or issues that don’t fit other categories.
- Billing: For anything related to subscriptions, payments, or invoices.
- (NEW) Personalized Order: For custom server requests tailored to your needs.
- Technical: For server-related issues or troubleshooting.
- (NEW) Suggestion: Share your ideas or features you’d like to see. We’re all ears!
- (NEW) Bug: Report any bugs not listed in our Known Bugs section.
- (NEW) Gallery Page: Submit your in-game screenshots to be featured on our Gallery Page.
Satisfactory Servers Now Available
We’re thrilled to announce that Satisfactory has joined our lineup of game servers!
- Starter Package: Includes 5GB Memory and 1.5 CPU cores, ensuring smooth performance even with lots of in-game objects.
- Advanced Package: Includes 7GB Memory and 2 CPU cores, perfect for playing with a larger group of friends.
Both packages have been rigorously tested for heavy performance to guarantee a lag-free experience. If you encounter any issues, please open a ticket here under the Technical category.
